RDLab Photo Information Packages for an Emergency

What is this?
This is a list of documents, health/physical conditions and characteristics about you, logistics/contact information, and authentication information that can be sent in advance of a trip to appropriate points of contact so they know how and what to do in the event of an emergency. The information is of two types: vital info - the things that are mostly consistent across trips & trip info - trip specific information.
Vital Info
- Passport copy
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Allergies/health conditions
- Blood type
- Tattoos, other identifying marks
- Lawyer info
- Insurance information
- Three questions and answers that can be used to determine that you are you in the event that that needs to be determined (proof of life questions)
- Medical directive (living will)
Trip Info
- Travel insurance information
- Fixer/local contact
- Itinerary
- Media instructions (what media strategy is appropriate when someone is responding to your emergency?)
- Equipment inventory
- Register with embassy (if appropriate)
- Visa status information
- Who to send vital information to based on context and work
- Airline information so someone else can change your ticket for you
