This wiki was created for the participants of the Responsible Data Lab on documentary photography in New York. The Responsible Data Lab was a 1-day hands-on lab that exposed photographers and photojournalists to approaches for navigating the ethical, privacy and security challenges they face in their work, and in today's rapidly shifting digital landscape. The lab was organized by the Magnum Foundation and the Open Society Foundations Documentary Photography Project in collaboration with the engine room. This wiki will be used for ongoing creating, sharing, and collaborating. Participants and organizers of this event have determined that it will be held under Chatham House rules, but this wiki is for preserving information that can and should be collected while also respecting the Chatham rules.
